In the heart of the Dutch capital, we find this rehabilitation project of a residence located in one of the classic buildings in the city centre.

The appartment, like most Amsterdam houses, grows vertically, presenting several levels on which to develop the project. Clearly, the problem (or rather, challenge) here is the use of space.

The proposal is for an open-plan living room, with contrasting tones of brown floors and walls, clean white ceilings and respect for the pre-existing structures. 

A double-height entrance hall leads to the upper levels, which are intended for the bedrooms.
