Mosque Oosterhout

The mosque is located in and industrial neighbourhood which in the future will become a residential one. It is a two-level high building in which the area of the first floor is expanded. In the centre of the project we designed the praying area, oriented towards Mecca and illuminated by the decorated dome. The minaret is placed outside in the corner of the plot in the same style as the mosque to keep the architectural connection between them.

The project is currently in working phase which allows us to find the best solution for not only its interior but also its facade and a final proposal of the whole design.
