The building, designed for three homes, aims to connect with the environment in which it is located. The building opens through windows and terraces on the front and rear facade. The white color stands out among the rest of the residential buildings. The careful curvature of the balconies and their large windows allow for a modern and clean façade. A study of the back part reveals a lattice wall that connects the corridors of the building with the exterior.
Regarding the interior, the house seeks refuge in calm tones where wood, stone and concrete dialogue with each other, getting a very special home for this city.
