This is one of five housing projects we designed in the Zeeburgereiland area of Amsterdam for private plot owners.

There are two duplex apartments. The façade contains protruding squares positioned irregularly, which frame the views of the place. The black squares contrast with the orange facade, emphasizing its presence.
